School Success

The School Success Program focuses on enhancing student engagement with school and with learning. Students are referred to the program by parents, teachers, guidance counselors or principals. This program is offered at Southern Fulton, Forbes Road, and Central Fulton Schools.

The Check and Connect model is used with School Success students. Check and Connect is designed to promote student engagement by providing persistent support to attain academic and behavioral standards and expectations.  In addition to Check and Connect, enrollment in School Success includes the in-home Nurturing Parenting Program.
