The following resources were developed by the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy Program Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU) and are intended to be used as educational resources. They can be printed and distributed as needed. These resources were able to be provided to the community via grant funding awarded to Fulton County Family Partnership (FCFP) from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Grant funding totaled $1,000,000 spanning September 2021 – August 2024. FCFP and PERU participated in a collaborative consortium for the Substance Use Prevention Treatment and Recovery (SUPTR) Program with the primary goal to decrease the prevalence of substance use disorder (SUD), mental health (MH) disorders, and co-occurring SUD/MH, within Fulton County, Pennsylvania by increasing access to evidence-based and high-quality prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
